ThisWeekEats is an AI-powered meal planning service that helps families plan meals, manage dietary preferences, generate shopping lists, and organize recipes. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Promotional, discounted, or grandfathered pricing applies only while your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing, and while ThisWeekEats continues to offer the applicable plan or service. If the Service is discontinued, or a plan is materially replaced, we may modify or end promotional pricing with advance notice. If you prepaid for an annual term that extends beyond a full Service shutdown, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
While we provide allergen tracking features, we cannot guarantee that all allergens will be identified in every recipe or ingredient. Users with severe allergies should independently verify all ingredients and consult with medical professionals.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ThisWeekEats. You retain ownership of any recipes or content you submit, but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThisWeekEats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
